As a principal, school leadership team, classroom teacher or classroom teaching team, I want to develop the knowledge and application of learning design and education technology to plan for the improvement of student learning through collaboration with colleagues and students in order to report student’s progress and achievement to parents and my school community.
I want to raise some of the hardest issues that schools face regarding accountability and individual educators, managing their professional status. Hence, I look at the curriculum leaders capacity to influence the building of a local school community culture.
